I took this image of Upper North Falls (in Silver Falls State Park) downstream, after carefully meandering on very slippery rocks to get to where I wanted to be. I was surprised to see the coppery color captured in the little pool in the foreground. Another one of those little surprises that I love about photography.... the camera can capture things that the eye cannot.
